Canada offers various migration visa options for individuals seeking to study, work, or settle permanently in the country. The most common pathways include:

1. Express Entry

  • For skilled workers through the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), and Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
  • Points-based system (CRS Score) for eligibility.

2. Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

  • Each province has its own immigration streams.
  • Ideal for candidates with skills that meet local labor market needs.

3. Family Sponsorship

  • Canadian citizens or permanent residents can sponsor family members.
  • Includes spouse, children, parents, and grandparents.

4. Work Permits & LMIA-Based Migration

  • Temporary foreign workers need a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) in most cases.
  • Some jobs qualify for LMIA exemptions.
