It’s important to know that many applicants still have options. Whether your current visa has been cancelled, a visa application has been refused, or a case officer has requested more information, i.e. inferring a visa refusal unless action is taken.

If you’ve had your visa cancelled due to a breach of conditions or other reasons, it doesn’t necessarily mean you can no longer stay in Canada. There are several strategies open to applicants who have had a visa refusal; however, the applicant must act immediately as some matters must be addressed within a specific time period. Therefore, you must contact us immediately to address the reasons for refusal and have the best chance of appeal.

Case officers usually request more information when they have insufficient evidence, or the application is not complete. Unless action is taken, there is a high likelihood of a visa refusal. Using our services, you can be assured that we will submit the strongest application possible.

If you feel that a wrong decision has been made or you are apprehensive about the decision made on your file, you should immediately contact us to receive a free consultation. You might qualify for an appeal or reconsideration.

ATWORLD Immigration has significant experience in representing clients to review bodies to ensure the fairest decision is made. We have represented our clients in diverse review bodies, including:

  • Immigration Appeal Division
  • Immigration Division
  • Refugee Protection Division
  • Refugee Appeal Division
  • Detentions
  • Canada Border Services Agency
  • Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada

We understand how complicated the process of applying for a visa may be. Let us help you get the best possible decision.
